Our application Zapdata.com has used Jcaptcha version 1.0_RC6..We are getting com.octo.captcha.service.CaptchaServiceException quite frequently and on an average we get 20%-30% unsuccessful logins.What could be the possible reasons for it or it is a BUG?

com.octo.captcha.service.CaptchaServiceException: Invalid ID, could not validate unexisting or already validated captcha
- the user try to validate an old captcha (timeout occured, the captcha is cleared from the store)
- the user try to validate an already validated captcha
- injection of an unknown captcha id
